Bottle for vinegar and oil (VinOil)

Features and utilities:

• The materials used to make this bottle are:
– A glass for the body due to its transparency (useful characteristic to let the user differentiate the liquids); hermetic and, thus, preserves the product; resistant to all the organic and nonorganic substances; and, finally, it does not affect the taste of the product that it contains
– HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) for the lids as it is less costly, resistant and rigid
• The first characteristic that distinguishes this bottle from usual ones is that it is constructed of a double compartment to contain vinegar and oil, those liquids that are used in a salad dressing
• A concave shape for the body was chosen to adjust the bottle for the shape of a hand, to avoid sliding. In addition, the simple shape facilitates the cleanness of the bottle
• The top that closes the bottle has: (1) two dispensers and (2) two holes at the base of the bowl that let the remaining drops get back into the bottle. They are covered by the additional lids (purples) to avoid the evaporation of the liquids
• The two independent tops allow the user to pour out one liquid while the other liquid’s dispenser is closed
